where does a person go to get a phy evaluation?

I went to the Gadson Clinic....Reggie does the evals and she is GREAT!...feel free to e-mail me if you have any questions or need any help with anything

any psychologist, just make sure that they have M.D. or PhD behind their name. Hope that helps.

call your surgeon's office for a recommendation -- that way you're not playing a guessing game on if their approval letter will meet the insurance requirements.. Good luck!! Stef

Dee, When I was getting all the info together to have my psych eval done I called Dr. Vaughs office for suggestions and they told me they didnt have any because we are so far away from them. I first called the Newman clinic here in town and had it all set up with them but then at the last minute they cancalled out on me and said the doctor wasnt comfortable doing the eval because he didnt know me...??? Anyway...needless to say I was upset that they waited till the very last minute and wasted almost 2 weeks of wait time for me but I got right back on my feet and called The Gadson Clinic....they got me in right away. You might also want to check with your insurance company to make sure they are in network. ~hugs~ Konni
