The comedy of WLS part III

Well, I never expected this one... I am losing hair big time even though I am doing all that can be done I feared due to the complications this would happen. Well sad as this is and I am seeing scalp now, my dear DH is loving it. ????????? Say what? He is doing the I have discovered my DH has this "what ever you want to call it" about wigs. He says every man loves their women in different wigs. They do Needless to say I never thought my WLS would let me in on a DH fantasy. as this sounds I am checking it out at the wig store and will let you know. Come to think of it, sounds to play Alias Maybe I will try a Tina Turner spike with the color purple, do you think that will rock his world Take care, Kathy 299/215/130

Kathy I have very thick hair and I am awaiting the hairloss thing to start, I did however start the zinc lozenges and biotin to see if that helps prevent lots of loss, If not I have some beautiful scarves I got in Germany years ago that I never have once worn they will look great on my head if i get to the "pink head" point. GOod luck remember this is usually temporary... Debby

Thanks Deb, Maybe you will be lucky and not lose much as I said I did have complications and was under 8 hours and didn't eat for 6 weeks, but my DH is looking forward to the adventure, chuckle, chuckle.... Take care and good luck, Kathy

Do you really lose that much hair that you need a wig?? OK now I am freaking out........ Mary

Mary, no Kathy had some issues that caused hers to be sever. Make sure you get your Zinc 20/m and your biotin 300-500gms a day as soon as you can start taking them. I bought ZInc lozenges low sugar and cherry flavored. It is normal to lose hair how much is up to you Don't freak out yet!!! It usually doesnt start till your 3-4 months out. So you have time to do what you can to counter act.... Debby

Kathy, That's hilarious, I have this visual of you running back and forth with different wigs, and your husband getting more and more excited. Let us know how it turns out, but not too much information, if you know what I mean. Terry
