RE: just dropping in to say hi

Hi all!!!!!! I am doing well......I went to my first doctor appt. at 10 days out and he said my incision looked like I had surgery a month ago!!!!!! So it is healing GREAT!!!!!! I have lost 7lbs ( that is NOT counting the 10lbs of water/inflammation I gained in the hospital and lost). I still tire VERY easily and with being a single mom to 4, I don't have much time on here between corralling kids and sleeping, and such. It is VERY hard to get the protein/fluids in. I am able to start pureed on MOnday. And, I can't wait until I can sleep in my own bed......but maybe in a few days a week or whatever, it is all worth being on the losing side!!!!!! Katie, My fellow quad, glad to hear you are doing so much better, sorry i havent called but been swamped here. Congrats on the loss, we are about the same since i didnt gain anything in the hospital, actully lost, my total at 9 days was 16lbs. dont forget to take your measurments too.
