I Cant Believe I Did It!!!
I had my one week appt. today, well really 9 days but whose counting 
Anyways, after a long wait caus public aid cabs are oh so reliable i finally made it to the dr., over and hour late.
However all is not bad, the insicions all look great, including one i was worried about, he siad i look good (not sure what that means yet 
) and best of all, the drum roll please........ I lost 16lbs, and i didnt gain anything in the hospital so its no****er weight 
I spoke to my dear angel Dixie and she suggested i do my measurments so we did and i lost almost an inch everywhere except my waist and my well, upper half
He siad i can go to purreeds and solid just follow the rules and be willing to go back if i need to.
Now for the fun part, the cab took forever picking me up so i still didnt get home till 5:30 and was starving but followed Dixie's advice and had a soft egg, and a tiny piece of bread and it stayed down!!!! I was very carefull, then had a sf cookie at a friend, I mutilated that poor thing, but now i am full and happy and feel a little normal food wise.
Now the wierd part, everyone sias it shows like all over but of course im having a hard time seeing it. and i dont care i just feel good. except for the wonderfull gas pains which will soon be gone.
I just cant believe i did this!!! Me, who can never diet or stick to anything followed the plan 99.9% and its working. I will be around and healthy for a long time. look out world cause at this rate here i come

Be sure and take pictures once every 4 weeks. Everyone kept telling me I was losing but sometimes we don't see it. Boy let me tell you the pictures really do tell the truth.
We are so proud of you and can't wait to see those skinny pics. Hang in there and you will do fine.
