plateau already???
Hi everyone
I am 3 weeks out and have not lost anything this week. I am so discouraged. Just like all my other attempts at loosing weight I feel like a failure. My first 2 weeks were just fine. I lost about 23#. But now nothing.
I drink my protein (happily), and water. I am still on soft food. I probably could exercise more ( i walk now ) and will as soon as the cross trainer gets put together this weekend. BUT STILL - from what I have read I think I should be loosing more.
Whats going on with me?

I'm almost 4wks out and it just happened to me, too.
I talked to Biscuit about it last night and I was all upset and depressed, too. She said, "You're right on schedule!"
I thought WHAT? Already?? But yeah, I guess this is pretty normal.. in about a week, you'll see a change again. I think we just have to be patient.
