Tommorrow, you're only a day away!
Well I expected that my pre-approval letter would go to my dad's house because he's the holder of the insurance policy. However, it came to me!! I faxed it into the main insurance office (in Michigan) today and they said they would process it and fax it to my surgeons office in Illlinois tommorrow. I asked if that meant I could call and schedule a date tommorrow and they said yes!!!! I'm so glad!
On another note... my dad really upset me yesterday. I would like to have my surgery on 12/27 because my mom is off of work that entire week and also that would give me enough recovery time to get back to school without missing any classes. When I told him that he told me "well you're making it hard on everyone else" When I asked him how he told me that he was going to have problems coming up with money for my surgery and for Christmas. I told him that my clinic doesn't expect payment upfront. He told me that they would because his did. (I called them today and they don't start billing until 90 to 120 days afterwards). Anyways it just made me upset that he was trying to make me feel guilty about having the surgery at the best time for me. I would think he would understand with having the surgery himself.
