Psych Eval

So finally after waiting three long weeks my psych eval has reached barix clinic and is on it's way with everything else to the insurance company! I'm so glad I had almost given up on them! Wish me luck!

Good Luck! I just completed my psych eval today and shes going to get it written up and faxed to the dr on Friday. Hopefully in the next couple of weeks I'll have a surgery date!!!!!
