healthlink insurance ppo

i just wanted to know if anyone here has had dealings with healthlink ppo. my sister in law has them and her person she has to deal with is just plain rude!and has told her not to call back for 3 weeks. that she will absolutely be told nothing until 3 weeks. well i told her to call every 2/3 days until an answer is given so if you have them / had them give me your dealings with them. thanks so much! tracey

Yes I have them. I actually just got approved. They recieved my info on Nov 8 and I recieved word on Nov 19 that I was approved. I called about 3 times during that period. The last time I called they said to call back on the 29th - that they would not haVe a decision until then. They weren't rude, just stating a fact. So I was pleasantly suprised when they called me on Friday to say the letter was in the mail. There were no problems, approved right away. I wish your sister in law well, just to be patient. I forced myself not to call more than once a week. It was so hard, but it seemed to pay off in the end. Cheers, Sara Jane
