there is a clause in my husbands insurance policy, which states you must have a BMI of 40 or over to qualify for the gastric bypass? Is there any point in appealing this? He has BC/BS of illinois?
What is your BMI? how close are you?
BC/BS is a tough insurance if its not the BMI they will find something else... but its always worth trying what do you have to lose???
