Looking for a support group near Des Plaines, IL

I am 1 year (RNY) out and have never attended a group. I have started to gain some weight back and I think that part of my problem is not talking to others with the same surgery. Anyone out there need a pen pal?

HI kathy. there is a great support group at glenbrook hospital in glenveiw at lake ave and phonextion i go to the one in evanston who is also in charge of this one it may help you alot they meet once a month on thursdays .unfortoneltly there was a metting last night so the next one is dec.9 2004or you could call alexian brothers in desplaines and see if they have one good luck Janet G.
