Just alittle happy news

Well me and my partner(boyfriends mom) raise ****atiels,and my Mouse and her Jojo HAD a clutch of 4 and two hatched yesterday aw they are sooooooo cute i could describe what they look like,but they are funny .I will take pics so tho cause they are cute,they look like little yellow somethings Well i wanna to say to everyone too Hiya all!!

Very cool. My Father In Law raised a number of birds, from hatchling to full grown, and somehow we wound up with two...a parakeet and an albino ****atiel. He only has the blue & gold macaw and parrot left, but we still have our two. They can be cute. Congratulations on the new additions to your family!

that is awesome. I'd love to see pics, I've never seen a baby ****atiel. Do you guys sell them? If so, how much? I may be interested in buying 1 or 2 from ya'll if you do!!

Well this is thier first clutch and mine hopefully they will live.If they do il be selling them,and they will be ready for Christmas good present huh?Ummm so like i was saying i have priced them from what everyone is selling them for $50.00,but for you Lora il give a special price ..O and i took pictures of them too give me ur E-mail addy and il send them too ya..

cool, yes definately keep me in mind when you get ready to sell them. When I lived at home we had 2 (Butch and Sundance) and I LOVED them. Then I had a friend stay with us for a while, she left her bird(****atiel) here for MONTHS and one day came and got it. Found out a month later, she got tired of it and let it loose. Hi Lora! This has nothing to do with the response to the earlier e-mail i was just reading and realized that you are from Marion IL and i am from Johnston City. WOW, someone close to me that is going to the same thing. I am also starting my process and have gone to see the dietian on 11/11/04 and she was nice about telling me why i am fat and how i got that way.lol. I go see the pschy on 12/2/04 and i hoping that will be all that have to do for insurance but if not i will do what i have to do. I am wanting to have my surgery at Lourdes Hospital in Paduach and I have researched Dr Argotte and seems pretty nice and hasnt had any bad things said about him that i have seen at least. He is also having a seminar at the Comfort Inn in Marion on November 17 at 700. So i will be going to that and talking to the Dr and asking lots of questions. I hope that by going to this seminar that might get me closer to my surgery but if it doesnt i guess i will have to live with it. I am 34 years old and have a 7 year old son so he keesp me busy with football, bowling etc. but not enough to get enough exercise and to lose weight so i will be having this WLS so i cant live to see my son grow up and to spoil my grandchildren. I have rattled enough to you i am just so excited that there is someone close to me that i can email. Good luck with your surgery. Keep me posted about your surgery progress. Nanette

We used to raise birds...a LOT of birds. It's SO FUN when they are tiny. Do ya hand feed? That's my favorite part...ya know, until they realize they can climb and fly. LOL Congrats on the new babies!!!!

OO ya im gona hand feed them at three wks.They need to stay with the parents long enough to get the nutrition they need and then im gona take over.I have other friends that raise ****atiels so im cool with doing it.Matter of fact one of my friends is moving and im thinking of buying his three pairs,but im not sure.IM still thinking thats alot more work then i might need.I have a Yellow pied,Dominant Yellow Cheek they are mates.Then i have a Olive tiel,and a grey.They are all beautiful..

How cute! My dad used to raise show pigeons when I was a kid and when the babies hatched, if momma pushed them out of the nest, my dad would put them in a basket with a heating pad and they would stay in my room! I used to love to see those little babies! Lea Ann

Ah, that sounds SO cute! I love little birds - wish we had some ourselves, but I think our cats would take it upon themselves to become 'aquainted' with them! PLEASE send pics!
