CAN I HEAR FROM SOMEONE WHO HAS CIGNA INSURANCE. I AM TRYING TO GET INFO ON A REVISION

welllll, my DH was denied with them, which we did not fight it for his surgery, RNY. My insurance BCBS of IL PPO paid last year in Sept. But I understand that even BCBS is getting tough to get an approval out of now with out the doctor supervised diet attempts. Sorry, that I cannot be more positive for you.
