What a weekend!

I'm just glowing. As an aside to all the grinning and glowing, monkey and I went to the mall Saturday night after we had Indian for dinner. He needed a tea ball (who doesn't have a tea ball in their house?) and a dish to make this thing for us to eat while we watched the game on Sunday. We went to a place called "Wire Whisk" that has all sorts of kitchen stuff.. and while I was in there I saw something I hadn't seen for a long time. It's a baby food masher. Looks sort of like an old fashioned coffee mill but made of plastic.. you put regular food you cook in it and then you twist the handle on top and it mashes it so you can make your own baby food. It even comes with a baby spoon. I'm so excited about this, I couldn't stand it. So I bought it... well, monkey bought it for me.. *tweet tweet tweet* so now I don't have to worry about how gross baby food will taste if I buy it, I'll be able to make my own! Anyway.. so that's my story. Further details about the weekend will be up on my profile later today or tonight.. and if those aren't enough for you, you can email me or call and I'll fill you in! hehehehe Stef

Stef, I just bought a small Cuisineart food chopper/grinder for my pureed stage of my diet. I thought that I could use it later on down the road and guess what I did. It came in handy when my husband had his RNY and I have used it for various kitchen chores and do not have to bring out the giant size food processor.
