So Sad
I'm really depressed and I know I shouldn't be. I'm 3 weeks post-op and have lost 16 lbs, in the 1st 2 weeks. I haven't lost a thing since and now its depressing me, I'm feeling like a failure. I know it's a plateau, but I didn't think it would be so early. Has anyone experienced this so early and when did you start losing again? I could really use some words of incouragement.
Honey, stop weighing yourself. That will drive ya CRAZY!
(not to spam but..) Vitamist has a few sprays that help with the ups and downs of life and I really highly recommend them for the first couple months of post op life. It will make the ups and downs not so DOWN. KWIM?
You are perfectly normal. You will lose more. Keep getting ALL your protein you can and keep tha****er going in. WATER WATER WATER....OH...and don't forget calcium!!!

Want a vitamin that you absorb 90% of instead of 10%?
Ask me about it!
Laurie relax the surgery will work.....i'm three weeks out and stalled after 11days. I lost 26lbs and then that was it. Don't weigh yourself. You are not a failure, you have done the most important part by having the surgery now just eat right get your proteins and water in and wait to see what happens.
