Consult today!

I'm leaving in a little under an hour for my consultation! I have all my things together in order to go. I'm wearing comfortable clothes (hope ing there is no reason I will have to remove them). I have my map, toll money and directions. Now all I need is to get there and get this all started. This is to torture an old cliche to death "the first day of the rest of my life". I hope it's good!

The best of luck to you!! You shouldnt have to get nekid for your consult. I didnt have to!! Which I was really really glad..lol All I did was watch a 15 minute movie, got weighed first, dr came in and explained the surgery,etc and I asked my questions. It was really easy and I was nervous for absolutely nothing. Let us know how it went when you get back!!

I felt the exact same way after meeting with Dr. Oliphant. Like I said, I still havent seen the dietician, as I'm sure I will learn ALOT more from her also. But I'm very comfortable with him as my surgeon. I'm glad there was no nekidness....lol So what do you have to do from this point? have you seen the dietician yet? or do they just go ahead and send in for approval?

They said I just wait for approval... and then a week before surgery I go see a dietician and have some blood tests!
