Marsha of course i'm post op but one of my recent favorite meals that you can do 2 different ways
1 hamburger with bacon and melted cheese. you can do this with a chicken breast too
3.5oz of bacon is 25g
3.5oz of chicken or hamburger is 25g
3.5oz of cheddar cheese is 25g
this is 75g of protien in one serving!!! we will even cook an egg and put it on the hamburger too. and that takes it to 100g of protien and its nearly no carbs!!!!!
