10/18 Support Group!!!

Newhopesurgical.com is having their support group MONDAY October 18, 2004 I would like to extend an invitation to everyone in the Oak Park/River Forest or ANY Area. I am helping take some of the burden off of Crystal and I want to bring in more patients!!! Dr. Fred Tiesenga works out of Resurrection/West Suburban/West Lake hospitals. He also takes Public Aid. So...if you want to come to the support group, let me know and I'll get ya ALL THE INFORMATION!!!!
