Just wondering . . .

Has anyone gone through all the pre-certification/pre-op tests and then their insurance has denied the surgery? If so, do they still cover all of the tests? Should I not be having all of the tests until I am approved? I am following what the surgeon told me to due but am now getting nervous that I will have to pay for all of these tests because I was denied. Any advice is appreciated.
