I have to say, I don't think I have ever laughed so much in my entire life. These girls are 
My face actually HURT I was laughing so hard. You all don't know what yer missin!
I'll let them tell you the details of their appointments but mine was pretty good in itself.
I realized that my doctor had me as 398 not 391. So in all actuality I lost even MORE than I thought. I think I knew that but whatever. I lost another 14lbs (according to their scale that is off balance so that it looks like you weigh more but whatever...)
The scale says I'm 344. Under 350...that is a BIG deal for me!
But more about Deb & Chelle...
Well, they are WAY cuter than their pictures. They DEFINATELY need to update. Debby and I have bonded in a belly kind of way. 
But I am VERY sad that they are gone 
and so is Simone. Her and Debby are best buds. Not bad for someone with THREE BOYS! LMAO
You all need to bother Michelle about 
She needs to knock that off!!!! HELLO!!!!
OH..In other news...I'm helping out NHS Support Group and I am going to be doing the newsletter. Crystal does everything, I'm pretty sure including cleaning the bathrooms 
so I've stolen the newsletter. So if you have any good recipes or surgery related articles, please forward them my way. The support group is going to be getting SO GREAT in the following months. So if you are a patient of Dr. T and you don't go...you should. They are even giving away $5,000 for PS!!!!

Melissa!!! I had lots of fun, even though we got lost going home and ended up in Wisconsin LOL j/k but we did come close. Michelle and I always alot time for getting lost so it was all good...
