Hi Nancy~
I am just over 4 months out and my typical eating in a day goes like this:
Breakfast: Protein shake
Lunch: Tuna smush (couple oz tuna with miracle whip light and ff sour cream, shredded cheddar, minced onion 'n a lil garlic salt 'n pepper) Or I'll have a part of a healthy type low carb micronuke dinner like beef tips n veggies or sweedish meatballs minus the noodles.
Snack: Raw cauliflower (I couldn't have any raw veggies/salad until I was 4 months post op so this is new) with lowfat dill dip or a protein shake.
Dinner: Pretty much along the same lines as lunch. I'm single and I work full time and am taking 16 hours of graduate classes so cooking for one has proven pretty much of a challenge. I can still eat healthy though!
Throughout the day I drink propel strawberry-kiwi cut in half (half water, half propel - cuts the sweetness and cuts the very minimal to begin with calories(10), sugar(2g) and sodium(25g) in half too).
Best of luck to you!!
Huggzz,
Cathy
