Reminder for OH Southern IL support group

Good Morning Tommorow the Southern Il Obesityhelp support group will meet at SWIC of belleville in the garden room at 6pm We have a guest speaker Jay Taddei, Chief Operating Officer, of Associated Physicians Group. Jay also has a Masters in Exercise Physiology. He will be speaking at 6:30pm on the topic below Healthy weight loss/management & general good health

i was wondering if you knew of any support groups near effingham? i grew up in clay county, and i would like to attend a support group when i come home on leave. thanks
