I just wanted to let you everyone know that because of all of the great information from this board and everything I have read, I am ready to have the surgery. I have had my consultation, my ekg and I am going today for my psych. exam. After the psych. exam everything will be submitted to my insurance and then I will just be awaiting approval. Since I have read so much about the different requirements for the insurance, I have called them myself, made sure that all of their pre-reqs are met and it should be smooth sailing (so they all say, right). Thank you everyone for all of your help, even though you may have not even known you were there helping me. Nancy
