I was just curious to see what everyone was eating 4 weeks out. Today is my 4 week anniversary and was wanting to kinda compare notes. Thanks!

HI RB, Congratulationssssssssss! I was eating soft foods, slightly overcooked vegetables and tender meats, chicken and fish, no raw vegetables that didnt' happen until about 7 weeks and that first salad was oh so good. ShaunTeah
