I'm going in for pre-screening tomorrow morning (09-27) and surgery is scheduled for next Tuesday (10-05). I think I'm ready... any last minutes things I should be thinking about or checking off my list? Wow... this was quick!!!

Just get your check list from your surgeon and a list of foods and diet from the nutrionist..Follow your Dr's orders and you should be good to go.
