BCBS of Illinois (Cobra) vs. Unicare

Hello All: I recently changed jobs and my new insurance will be Unicare HMO. I wanted to know if anyone has this insurance and if so, were there any problems getting approved. I'm not sure if I should pay the extra money for BCBS of IL (Cobra) or start the process all over again. I have taken all required test through BCBS of IL. If I go through Unicare, I'm afraid I will have a new deductable. Please advise if you have experienced a change in insurance. Juli M.
