too funny! Yes, that is the point--to clear out your bowels. Good luck tomorrow. Dont forget--it is vitally important that you walk within a few afters after surgery to prevent blood clots. You will be in my thoughts and please update us as soon as you are able. Joy Lap RNY 8/31/04 391/353/150

Howdy, dont mean to be graphic and gross, but I had to take Magnesium Citrate, and it was like I was urinating out of the wrong end. So yes, you will definately have the runs. Oh, and for a split second I thought you were talking about a new band that you heard.
