Can't sleep

I am sorry to bother anyone couldn't sleep.soI came on and thought I would see what was new.I guess I am more nervous about this surgery then I thought.It is in 5 days and the closer it gets the less I sleep and I am tired I just have so many thoughts running trough my head it's driving me crazy and I can't sleep.I don't know what to do!Thanks for listening for who ever may still be up!Bye for now I will try to go to sleep again. I can't sleep either. I have a consult on Oct 13. Hopefully surgery won't be much later after that. Things will go fine for you. You know what to expect and you've done the research. Anxiety is hard to fight though. Good Luck!!!

All the thoughts racing through your head are normal. Try taking a tylenol PM next time you can't sleep. Take it early though if you have to get up early for work. Best of luck to you!!

Hi Candi: Where are you having your tummy tuck and hernia repair at? I am waiting for a new appt with my surgeon to get my hernia repair and TT. The plastic surgeon says that the TT hurts like the dickens, and others I have talked to told me the same thing...Don't mean to make you any more nervous....Sorry if I have. I will follow your progress because I am wondering how I will sleep in the bed! I hate sleeping in the recliner YUK! But if I have to I have to. Where are your hernias located? Above the belly button along the incision line? That's where mine are at all three of the little alien heads... That's what I have nicknamed them. Good luck to you on your surgery and by the way you look Marvelous, I know you have to feel marvelous to because I do. It's amazing what taking off over 100lbs will do for you all the way around. Praise the Lord for RNY and allowing me to have a second chance at life. I will pray for you a speedy recovery and little pain.... Ramona
