I need help........

Hi everyone, I have not been to the site in a while but I feel like I need support right now. I am about 2 1/2 mths from having my surgery and I am not doing so good. I find that it is easy for me to make the wrong food choices and I do not even know how to cook healthy. My doctor is far away and it is hard to get up there to talk him when I feel like I have questions. It is a long 3 1/2 hr drive!!! Is there anyone on here that is near Sparta IL, and could help me out. I need to talk to Marsha from Belleville. If you read this please get in contact with me!!!
