Hubby felt our baby kicking for the first time

Only about a week ago I just started feeling the flutters then the thunks and thumps of baby Edward dancing in my tummy and I would get a little sad wanting Chazz to feel it too and be a part of my joy as I would lay in bed and watch movies with Chazz at night. Well tonight it happened! fairly appropriately, we were watching the Star Wars trilogy, and the rebels had just blown up the bad guys and I stared at my belly, just KNOWING I had seen my tummy move from the outside. I had Chazz try to feel it and it took some doing, he had to press firmly in the center of my bellybutton area, then his hand got tired (as junior played shy) and was going to give up. I cried a tear or two, frustrated, and just then hubby SAW the tiny little jump and then put his hand right on that spot. Not only did hubby get to feel his son for the first time but it was probably from Edward high fiving and jumping up and down as Luke Skywalker and Leia and Han Solo defeated the evil forces of the Emperor! a true geek fanboy in the making!!! wahooo! Aww this has to be so nice!! I am currently trying to have a baby afer 4 years of trying and ferility drugs!! It's been a year since we really tried and now we are all about having a family Best of luck to you and your soon to be new family

Thats wonderful Colleen!!! That is trully amazing for the dad's. Somehow it actually makes it more real then just seeing the mom get bigger. They actually realize that there is a life in there.
