I have a question

I have b/c b/s of il ppo insurance I have a total of 16 weigh in with doctor and it covers the 12 months. But, the 12 months are not in a row. Will this work? is it worth sending to insurance company

I also have BC/BS PPO of IL, and this did not work for me I am sorry to say. Don't give up send it in do what ever you can. I have been working with them for a year now, with no luck. With the meds I take I can't take any diet pills so I am out of luck with a weight loss Dr. Keep in touch and let me know what happens. Cheryl
