I Got a Date!

Finally, I got a Date! I will be having surgery on Oct. 15th at Alexian Brothers in Elk Grove Village, with Dr. Rantis. I will need all the support I can get, I nervous and scared, but I know it is the right thing today. I can't wait to start my life again. Thank You everyone!
