Requesting an Angel..

Hi, I'm Jude and I'm having surgery on the 27th of this month. I'm having it done at St. Alexus hospital in St. Louis and Dr. Van Wagner is my dr. I am 25 5'3 290 lbs with a bmi of 53 I think it was. I am married and my husband is currently deployed overseas in the Navy. I have two small children Aric who just turned 4 on the 4th. and Braelynn who is 1. Thank you guys!

Id like to be your angel if you would like..Im hopeing to have surgery next yr im 30 yrs old 5'5 275.I like in a small town called zeigler and the big towns next to me is marion and carbondale.Im not sure where mono is,but im two or so hours away from St.Louis.I have one child adopted Dakoda shes 6 ,and im not currently working right now my mom passed two months ago.I was working for DORS,and with her passing i dont know if i want to takecare of any other elderly.
