Well I had to go back for a follow up appt. I'm so happy. I have lost 64 pounds since June 3rd. Down to 229. The doctor, nurse, and dietician were so happy for me. I was so excited I could hardly sit still. I just had to share my good news!!!

Sorry I've not been on yahoo, my computer is in the shop and I've got a loaner from rent a center and DO NOT feel like downloading everything I have, so I'm making due with what I've got.

Heh Lori!!! I read where you were have computer problems. Hope it gets resolved soon. I talked about you yesterday to the nurse. I told her you were excited to see the doctor. She said that they hope to see you soon.
