one week anniversary!!!

hi everyone! well, today is my one week anniversary! i still feel uncomfortable and weak, but i seem to progress to feeling better about every two days. i can live with that. i'm sorry i can't be on the computer enough right now to answer everyone personally. no computer at mom's. but i did read all your posts and they mean a lot to me. thanks for all the prayers and thoughts and support! how lucky i am to have run into this wonderful little group of people! i do remember one of you asked me what i mean by being thick skinned. the dr had to work hard to get the tools through my skin and flesh. evidently, i'm tough!!! i see the surgeon friday and will update you all then. when i get home i'll be online regularly again. take care and lots of hugs tracy lap rny 9-14-04
