PS consult

Looking for anyone who has had plastic surgery from Dr. Robert Kagan out of Alexian Brothers hospital. I have a consult on October 4th. Unfortunately, the only reviews on this doctor are all bad. Please email me if you have any experience with this plastic surgeon. Thanks!

I've only ever seen negatives about this dr as well, but remember that people usually complain when things are bad, and dont necessarily comment when they're good. That said, I'm using Fenner as well. My consult is next week, and I hope to have my plastics done after the 1st of the year. From all the research I've done, and other wls patients of his that I've met, he's the best there is.
