Good Morning Everyone!!

Morning it's wednesday!! I had a great day yesterday got to meet Marshal Faulk, the former mayor of New York, Jessica Lynch who was captured in Iraq, and Ed Mcmann took lots of picture and i had a blast!! ALl thought i was at the Savis Center as we all know not much that you can pick to eat well i had white castle it wasnt to bad!! But guess what i woke up this morning and in 3 days i have lost 6 pounds I guess when you stick to things and get your protein in it makes a differnce. Well everyone have a great wednesday!! Almost the weekend Marsha
