Crytal light save me!!

Well... i went on my break to the grocery store and got some healthy snack food and decided to buy some crytal light lemon tea and i have to admit things are looking better!! First i find sugar free drinks at starbucks now sugar free crsytal light tea to repleace my sugar with regular (sp)!! Boy someone is really praying for me Thanks Marsha

Carb Options also has a very good SF tea w/lemon. Joy

Yes you heard me right i have gotten some bad habits one being i couldnt stand tea with out sugar but i had a certain amount i put in it Anyhow i am vowing today to start doing what is right before its to late thanks for responding

Crystal Light Makes me THIRSTY!!!! It dries my mouth out AWFUL! Maybe it is because I'm so newly post op. Tell me how it goes. I hope it's just me. LOL

I LOVE Crystal Light lemon tea.. For the budget conscious, too.. get the dominic's or jewel's light drink mix iced tea w/lemon and lemonade.. mix a gallon using one packet of each.. DEEEEEE-LISH!!!
