Today I vow

Today i vow to pick myself back up and start over fresh!!! I've been stuggling the last month with food issues and always being hungry!! I have gained 13 pounds and alot of this is my fault! Not excersing picking the wrong kind of food to eat!! Well i need lots of support right now and if you can give a word of encouragement (sp) to me i would greatly take it!! Please say a prayer for me that i can pick myself up and start fresh before its to late marsha

Have no fear, Encouragement chick is here. Marsha, you have already come so far to a new you. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and get back on track again. Everyone slips up and I am sure I will somewhere down the road. You know what you need to do, Just do it.
