Morning Amazing photo's up
Morning all,
I attended a gathering with some OH members yesterday in Missouri and i was able to share a great weight loss moment!! I took my size 32 before pants and there was another girl there that had lost almost the name amount i have and we both got in my pants and took a photo!! This is truley amazing!! All thought i am struggling with the right food issues right now i have no regrets of having this surgery!! It's been almost 15 months and i tell you i have had alot of weight loss moments!! I want to think the OH board for making my journey easier and for giving me love and support!!

Hi, I have a friend who lives only a couple houses from me that had the surgery going on 3 years in March.
She and I were talking about her struggling and have gained weight.
She just lost 10lbs by upping her protein drinks and drinking the protein drink when hungry this seems to have helped.
Just thought I would offer up what she is doing,
