Yes, I called today. The lady I talked to said they unfortunately don't track the incoming faxes.. the paperwork comes in and goes down to be microfiched and cataloged.. then they have a record of the paperwork on system. *sigh* so... I have to wait til Monday when she said it would be in the system and they could confirm it for me. She was nice and apologized -- even admitted there might be a better way to log incoming faxes -- but asked me to call back on Monday to confirm the paperwork coming in. What's a couple more days, right?
