MILESTONE!

Well, this never crossed my mind but it was a pretty good big deal to me today. I haven't been able to drive because of my dizziness. Today I HAD to go pick up my daughter from preschool. So I got in the van. My husband LOVES to put the steering wheel tilted down. It ALWAYS ****** me off. My legs usually barely fit in there and then I have to tilt it back up to be comfortable. But today,

I got in, started the car and drove off and didn't have to move anything.

I didn't even realize until I was a couple of blocks down the street! WAHOOOOO!!!!!!! So at least SOMETHING has shrunk!!!!!! LOL I go to the surgeon today to get weighed and have him check my incisions. (That are barely even there) Melissa Lap RNY 8/31/04 390/

CONGRATS, Melissa! That is so cool! It is so exciting to hit all these little milestones. I never use to wear my seatbelt, but now that it fits me comfortably, I put it on every time I get in the car. Smile
