Good morning everyone. I thought I would post something today. This morning, I god outta and noticed that my monthly friend is almost finished, so since I had been trying very hard this past week to not munch and really watch my protein, I decided to weigh myself. I finally lost 4 more pounds. I am now down to 185 pounds. I am so proud of myself. I though that I had stopped losing. My birhtday is in 9 days, and I hope to lose at least another 5 pounds before then. My sisters and my mom are going to take me shopping for my birthday, and I would love to be able to shop in a normal store and fit into regular people's clothing. I want a new pair of jeans, and a nice shirt, and maybe a new pair of shoes too. Well, that it....I was excited about losing more weight, finally!!!! Any for losing 5 or more pounds in 9 days? I am exercising, getting in my protein, and most of my fluids. Still alittle short on the fluids, but working it up there....I am proud of myself. Just a month ago, I wasn't even close to getting in enough protein, and now I am. Tricia -63 lbs

Great Job! What are you doing for exercise? Maybe you can add a day to help with those 5. Good Luck! You're doing GREAT! Melissa Lap RNY 8/31/04

I try to get to my water aerobics class at least once a week, and I walk a mile (briskly) with my dog at least twice a week. Other than that, just running around doing errands. Any other suggesions on exercises? Tricia

I would add another day or two of walking with your doggie. It'll be good for you AND the dog. I bet if you do that...those pounds will just disappear. I also think Yoga is good. I got a Yoga video at walmart for $5. Check it out! Let us know how it goes.

Hey Tricia !! Congratulations to you!!!!! Just to spark your body, you might want to try lifting some light weights or use a resistance band. Just keep in mind that lower repititions = increased endurance; higher repititions = more muscle. Put up a pic of you in your new outfit, too! Cathy
