Good morning everyone. I thought I would post something today. This morning, I god outta

and noticed that my monthly friend is almost finished, so since I had been trying very hard this past week to not munch and really watch my protein, I decided to weigh myself.

I finally lost 4 more pounds. I am now down to 185 pounds. I am so proud of myself. I though that I had stopped losing. My birhtday is in 9 days, and I hope to lose at least another 5 pounds

before then. My sisters and my mom are going to take me shopping for my birthday, and I would love to be able to shop in a normal store and fit into regular people's clothing. I want a new pair of jeans, and a nice shirt, and maybe a new pair of shoes too. Well, that it....I was excited about losing more weight, finally!!!!

for losing 5 or more pounds in 9 days? I am exercising, getting in my protein, and most of my fluids. Still alittle short on the fluids, but working it up there....I am proud of myself. Just a month ago, I wasn't even close to getting in enough protein, and now I am.
