Christmas dinner in September!

My family surprised me last night by having our 'Christmas Dinner pre-op' for me at my mom's house. All the special food things that have become tradition for us were included (I won't go into the unfair details). It was so wonderful! I felt so special! I'm so lucky to have a loving, supportive family.

That was wonderful!! How sweet of them to do that!!! My "real" last meal was Lou Malnattis pizza. Yummy!

Hi Katie...Hope they had some fudge for you!! Don't worry about your mother-in-law as long as your comfortable with your decision and your hubby is behind you...You'll do great. It also sounds like your parents are behind you 100%. My parents were dead set against my having the surgery and they have changed their tune now..
