OT: Friend

I was kind of hoping all of you great people could help me out. My mom's friend Karyn who I've known forever is going through a really rough time right now. She had cancer years ago and a week or so ago they found a spot on her lung. While doing a biopsy, the lung collapsed and she was admitted into the ICU and eventually, her right lung was removed. She went home Monday and not 12 hours later was readmitted and is now on a respirator and sedated. This woman has gone through so much in the past year and could really use your positive thoughts and if you're the praying kind, your prayers. Thanks for reading. Cathy

Cathy My favorite boss in the whole world was named Karyn (with a "y"), and I know she survived cancer a few years back...coincidence? I couldn't help but think maybe it's the same woman? Whatever the case, my prayers are with her! Also, if she's anything like my previous boss Karyn, she's a fighter, and will come through with that characteristic pep and a smile!
