Ticked OFF

I received a call from my doctors office yesterday. My insurance company CALLED them to tell them that I was denied. The insurance company just received the package from the doctors office Thursday evening and they denied it by 9:00 am Monday morning. Isn't that bull crap. They didn't even have a chance to go through the package let alone make an educated evaluation on my situation. But because of my great OH group I knew this was coming and already planned for it. I have already had my HR department involved and so does one of my coworkers *****ceived a denial letter early last week. The HR department went to their sales rep and they are having a conferance call with my doctor's office and the people that make the decisions on Wednesday. This is my first and hopefully last denial. Please keep me in your prayers so that my dumba$$ insurance company will come through.

I think it's standard for them to deny the first time just to make time..they obviously don't want to pay for this and they try to get you to back out of it by ticking you off...Believe me, I'm in the process of getting my SECOND appeal together.

Oh yea, I am definately fighting. I guess I will find out more tomorrow.
