I think you need to make sure your boobs are proportionate to you shoe size... yes your shoe size and its a matter of simple gravity
Lets say your boobs are a DD but your shoe size is a 5... well in a big wind your gonna tip right over....I wouldnt want to go through the pain of a boob job only to get blown over and pop them...so figure how tall you are and your shoe size then add in the boob ratio!

You truly look amazing! Don't do anything to change your beautiful smile! I too want PS BAD! New boobs, TT, bags under my eyes removed and some fat taken out of my face. You truly are TINY! I think a C cup would be great for you! And I agree with Jen on the teardrop........very natural! Gook luck........hey.......do you know which surgeon you'll be using? I'm in the market for one as well and haven't started to research it yet. We needed to get Jeff's health taken care of 1st, but now it's my turn!!
