Personal Care of IL APPROVED! One giant step for man-kind!

OK, so I didn't know through this whole process that I've kind-of been a 'trial' for Personal Care through our WLS clinic here in town. I was the 1st Personal Care person and the 1st approved! They were almost losing hope because so many denials have some through then. Personal Care was bought out by Coventry Health Care last year, and before that, PC never allowed coverage at all - so it was new to Personal Care as well. So, I'm hoping that my trial will give hope to many, many more people with Personal Care Insurance! Katie

I'm still waiting on the date. The nurse is supposed to call me today. She had to arrange it with the 2 surgeons and the hospital. Oh, man, I can't believe it. We could be talking, a week, weeks, or months and I have NO idea!!!!!!!!
