CENTURY CLUB MEMBER - woohoo!!!
I FINALLY made the century club after only needing to loose 2 lbs to be in the club. Everyone do the dance:
I've been on a plateau for 8 weeks now and its been horrible.
The bad thing is though that I blew my back out a few months ago and the pain has been getting worse and I've only been doing minor exercise.
Last weekend (Saturday) the back flared up so bad and I was in sooooo much pain that I only got about 20 oz of water in, 1/2 protien bar and thats it, and on Sunday I had about 32 oz of water and no food just because I was so nauseous from the pain..... Monday I was a little better got about 50 oz of water, a whole protein bar and 2 crackers...... Tuesday not a good day, about 20-25 oz of water and 1/2 piece bread with cream cheese.
Wednesday not so good, won't bore you with detail, but I got on the scale last night and I've lost 8.... COUNT THEM.... 8 POUNDS. I'm now below ... I now weigh 168lbs.... only 8 lbs to go to reach the doctors goa, 23 till my own personal goal.... just MAYBE I'll reach my goals by my one year anniversay.... I have two months to go for that day!
