BCBS of Illinois and New Job

Hello Everyone.... I have a problem..... I have already submitted to bcbs of illinois (empire), but I have not heard anything as of yet....The bad part is that my husband has just accepted a new job at a totally different company. The good thing is he still will have bcbs of illinois. I was told I would have to resubmit because they are totally diffrent policys....I am in trouble! PLEASE HELP

I would hope they do not exclude wls at the new job.If they do, Can you afford to keep you on cobra until the surgery?

Oh Tracy! Oye, you JUST submitted too I agree, could you keep Cobra until the surgery? I mean, see if they approve you, and if they do, keep the insurance until it's done?
