self pay cost

I'm from northern Mo. and looks like self pay as Insurance is not budging. Was wondering if anyone knows cost of self pay in Il., what doc's, hospital . I'm do not want open surgery If possible.. Thanks in advance for al you help Bob

I have IL Medicaid and am self paying for my surgery with Dr. Frantzides. Medicaid pays for the hospitalization and tests and anesthesia. If you want the specifics I will provide them. Just email me. Joy
